Meet Cheyenne!

Cheyenne is approximately 4 years old and weighs 44 pounds. She has a sad story to tell. She was found as a stray and brought to a high kill animal shelter. It was evident that her eye was very swollen and painful. She probably had glaucoma that went untreated and now has very limited vision. She is such a loving girl that loves to give affection, but because she is vision impaired you have to let her know you are there before you touch her. Cheyenne is currently at our vet office and would love to be in a foster home instead. She will be seeing an Ophthalmologist soon to see what options we have for saving her eye. Cheyenne can be placed in a home with a submissive dog. Children in the home must be at least 15 and older. We are looking for someone that has experience with this breed.
